Responsibilities
- Planning and overseeing the strategy's implementation as well as furthering the company strategy
- Leading complex projects from conception to completion
- The administration of market research operations
- Creation, direction, and continued growth of a high-performance team
Requirements
- Strong university degree
- Business English proficiency
- An assertive, communicative leader who develops her team and motivates them to pursue their objectives.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and expertise in managing complex projects with various stakeholders are required.
- Several years of experience in a top management consultancy or in a comparable position on the corporate side in the retail or FMCG industry.
- High levels of initiative and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as a strong desire to put ideas into action.
